BOOKING POLICY

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change a booking. Cancelation fees of $50 may apply, and a booking deposit may be required before your next booking

We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or unable to get to your appointment on time. We'll be as flexible as we can in accomodating this, however the following policies apply.

CANCELLATIONS-

If you need to cancel/change your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 24 hours before your appointment would be appreciated. If the cancelation is less than 24 hours a $50 cancelation fee will apply and a non refundable deposit will be required for your next appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL-

Late arrival for your appointment means we cannot spend the time we need to provide you with our full service, we will do our utmost to accommodate you but we may not be able to do your hair. A couple of minutes is ok, but after 10 minutes unfortunately we will not be able to complete your service and your appointment be treated as a cancelation, and cancelation fees may apply and booking deposit required for your next booking.

NO-SHOWS-

Once again we understand that sometimes for geniune reasons that you cannot make your appointment however not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in cancelation fees, a booking deposit for future bookings or may result in refusal of service.

We know these policies may be frustrating for clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other clients to keep to their appointment times.

Our stylist run a busy columns and a late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list misses out.
