Due to the COVID-19 issue we will NOT be enforcing our Booking Policy if you need to cancel/change your booking if you are unwell.
We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or unable to get to your appointment on time. We'll be as flexible as we can in accomodating this, however the following policies apply.
If you need to cancel/change your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 24 hours before your appointment would be appreciated. If the cancelation is less than 24 hours and is an issue that is recurring a 50% non refundable deposit will be required for your next appointment and a cancelation fee may apply.
Late arrival for your appointment means we cannot spend the time we need to provide you with our full service, we will do our utmost to accommodate you but we may not be able to do your hair. A couple of minutes is ok, but after 10 minutes unfortunately we will not be able to complete your service and your appointment will have to be rescheduled and once again if this is an issue that keeps recurring there will be a 50% non refundable deposit required to make your next appointment.
Once again we understand that sometimes for geniune reasons that you cannot make your appointment but continued NO-SHOWS may result in a cancelation fee, we will also require full non refundable pre-payment for any future bookings, or may result in refusal of service.
We know these policies may be frustrating for clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other clients to keep to their appointment times.
Our stylist run a busy columns and a late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list misses out.
